GO WITH THE FLOW!

Life is a Flow in Which we Grow

Why is it so important to go with the flow of life?
Because:
Flowing knows no resistance.
Why is resistance best avoided?
Because resistance is pressure which locks in pain in the moment – and remember the moment is the eternal Now so the longer we persist to resist the more the pressure is required to hold our stubborn non-moving position and then consequently our level of pain in any situation is unnecessarily prolonged and increased.

As I Flow I Allow - As I Allow I Become

People do know this, and in fact some openly say light-heartedly when they are being knowingly stubborn – ‘I Love Pain –There is No Gain without Pain’!

Part of this statement is truth – ‘There is no gain without pain’. Birth itself is painful for Mother Child and Father in some way but especially for the child, but the child flows without resistance into life knowing that birth is a painful but essentially rewarding journey it must take to begin living the life it was created to live.

As soon as a baby is born it immediately forgets both the physical pain of birth and the emotional pain of uncertainty regarding its destination, when it is wrapped in the arms of love.

Like wise a mother’s physical pain immediately flows into joy when she sees her newborn bundle of joy. Giving birth is a wonderful example of Going with the Flow.

A father’s long term emotional pain of anxiousness that both mother and child remain  well throughout the term of pregnancy and during the delivery process also immediately abates and flows into joy the moment he sees his elated partner well and happy and his child for the very first time.

Because I know no resistance I bloom in my full beauty.

Everything new in life is birthed into being. The birth process is a natural flow from beginning to end; it is only when that flow is stopped that we halt the natural process of being. If we can be born unresistingly into life it stands to reason that we can birth any new thing into life in the very same way.

Resistance can be let go of; just as anything non-serving in life can be let go of, but when resistance is held onto in persistence it stops the flow of being and life becomes painful in every way.

Life isn’t meant to be an easy journey. Life is meant to be a learning journey. Learning isn’t always easy. Learning can at times be a real struggle. But learning offers knowledge and knowledge when applied gifts wisdom.

Why is it so important to go with the flow of life?
Because when we go with the Flow we Follow the Light Of Wisdom in all we do, and in The Light of Wisdom Shines The Light of Love, The Light of Hope, The Light of Dreams Coming True, The Light of Everything that is Good and all that is Good is Aligned with God Energy and nothing gets any better than that!

Live the Power of Love

All religions are essentially teachings designed to connect the human energy to the highest energy of creation and existence and that highest energy is of course LOVE.

Love is Life

Love is the energy that assures that humanity can live a peaceful harmonious existence on earth if it chooses to! Love, even though it is the source of our being is a choice. Some people do predominantly choose to live life in Love Energy which is Energy of Source, as they fulfill their human experience of being while others don’t.

Love Energy is commonly known, because of religious connotations concerning life’s Highest Energy Frequency as God Energy.

The free will gifted to each of us at birth allows us each the choice of either live life aligned with God/Love/Source Energy or disconnected from it, and we are each free to make this choice in every moment we live breathe and be!

People who connect with Love Energy are Peaceful Purposeful Joyful People – Love fills them with these traits, and because this is what they are full of this is the only way they see and live life.
Everyone Loves being around Love Energized People because they are charismatic and uplifting.
They automatically take us into their Love Energy while we are in their presence.

I Know I Am Love Power

Love Energy fills us with acceptance of all that is. This does mean that we have to accept all this is into our daily lives it simply means we are to be aware of all that it is, and accept that all that it is, is acceptable in the scheme of life. Because life is a perfect plan of creation, everything is in life is perfectly OK, as nothing was, is, or ever will be created without purpose.

It is in our best interest to always acknowledge and accept all that is, simply because acceptance gifts peace while resistance gifts pain. However we never need let all that is all become a part of our lives because not all that is, is in our best interest.

Let’s for a moment consider all that is in life as the huge range of goods on display in a large supermarket – we can see all that is on display and enjoy going to the supermarket but we never buy all that is on display; we only buy that which suits our needs.

Love Energy is the most powerful energy known to mankind. And because Love is that Highest  Energy Frequency possible it is undoubtedly God Energy and that truly is ultimate Energy.

Those who opt to choose to live life acceptingly, predominantly connected to Love /God/Source Energy not only live Peaceful Purposeful Joyful  lives on earth but also pass into their optimum personal energy of soul to live in the very same way for – ‘As we live is as we die.’

We can live life connected to or disconnected from Love Energy.
God is the Source of all that is and The Source of all that is,is Love.

Irrespective of whether we choose to explore our Love/God/Source Energy connection via religion or spirituality we must remember to place importance on the fact that knowing about the Power of Love is worth absolutely nothing unless we of course apply to our daily lives as a daily practice.

When we Trust and Live the Power of Love we Powerfully, Peacefully Joyfully Live Life Perfectly Aligned with our Soul Purpose.

Intelligent people know about the Power of Love – Wise people however apply the Power of Love to Life in all they do.

We all need inspiration at times and where our inspiration comes from is generally a huge surprise. There’s a wise saying which says……

Khaled puts New Thinking into Action Hoping to Inspire Others to do the Same

I began looking beyond the obvious after first watching the movie ‘Patch Adams’. I had never heard of Patch Adams when the movie based on his life was first released but friends invited me to go and see his movie and it turned out to be one of the most inspirational movies I have ever seen. The quote I mentioned regarding looking beyond the obvious which was stressed in the movie continues to serve me each and every day of my life in many exciting enlightening ways.

A few weeks ago my friend and I were walking in the Cairo Downtown area quite close to Tahrir Square when we met Khaled. Khaled’s attitude was inspirational to say the least.  Khaled lives his belief which is that its time for a new way of thinking. Since the Egyptian Revolution Khaled like many who were involved in the tourist business, has had to find a new productive way to live his life which of course required him to Think in a New Way.

Tourists in Egypt may has lessened but Khaled’s ideas haven’t – they instead have increased in new innovative, inspiring, supportive ways. Khaled can now be seen most days in Talaat Harb Square where he displays antique memorabilia, art, old coins and anything he feels is of interest and value to others. He and others play music in the evening to all passersby. Music naturally draws  everyone in the rhythm of is melody. Khaled, a Nubian knows the magic of music; he knows the joy it brings to life and the power it has to transform the moods of us all.

Music Promotes New Thoughts

Khaled is not living as he used to – Khaled is not wasting time think about what was – Khaled is living life in the now- Khaled is filled with hope and joy – Khaled is not worrying about what might be, he simply and powerfully lives what is now – Khaled trusts his intuition and realises the power of positive thinking – Khaled doesn’t just talk the talk of thinking in a new way he walks the walk of his new thoughts and the joy he experiences doing that is reflected to all who meet him. Khaled’s smile is warm and engaging, and  it’s not fake – it is honest and true and its light reflects hope of a new better brighter day every day to all those who meet him.

Khaled and others like him are revolutionary – they are bringing about positive change in life that indirectly serves everyone. People like Khaeld don’t wallow in regret; they let go of the past and get on with being by staying centered in the now, and they focus on being the best they can each and every ‘now’ moment that they live. Inspirational people like Khaled bring about lasting change by the most effective natural process of all – they do this through the process of Gratitude – Gratitude for Being and Gratitude for Being able to continue Being and Gratitude for Being able to help others as they Be!

Everyone leaves a mark in life.

In keeping the topics of inspiration and gratitude I wish to mention the following. I recently posted the following words on facebook because of a response I received from an Egyptian who is not thinking at all  like Khaled.

My post stated,  ‘Happy People Help Create Happiness Wherever they Go so Be happy because it helps make the world a happier place. Find and utilize the Happiness you essentially are.’

RESPONSE: ‘And vice versa Sadness contagious.

I CONTINUED: Sadness is not contagious – sadness only is if you let it be sad, or in other words if you choose it to sad. Higher energy frequencies which happiness is compared to sadness, will always absorbs lower energy into its field of flow, thisis why happiness is contagious.

Khaled's Attitude is Positively Inspiring.

Happiness has a spontaneous contagious effect. Sadness and misery however are chosen locked decisions or states of mind.

Have a Happy Day and remember that if you Decide to be happy and you will be.
Anytime you are feeling sad choose a new thought that makes you glad.

Remember….
The Mind Loves Misery….
The Heart Loves Happiness….
Drop Mind thoughts into the heart….
This is where though transformation does start….

Think with your heart …..
Act with the wisdom of the soul….
The soul knows the futility of misery….

FURTHER RESPONSE: What is happening in Egypt makes all Egyptians sad.’

 

I CONTINUED: I am in Egypt and I choose happiness born of hope and I know many Egyptians who also choose happiness and are happy and hopeful. Attitudes of SADNESS hinder Egypt’s progress; they do not help.

If you and others who choose to live in sadness and misery learn and accept this TRUTH then the NEW Egypt you dream of will be born much sooner than it now will be based on all the negative debilitating energy thoughts you are adding to the situation.

HAPPINESS HEALS – MISERY SPREADS DIS-EASE THAT DELAYS HEALING.

Combined sadness can only  hurt Egypt.
Instead of talking about sadness and how bad things are get out onto the streets and do something good for others .
Be that which you hope others- including your government – will be!
Don’t just talk about wanting change – Get out and do something that creates change.

Make the DIFFERENCES YOU HOPE TO SEE IN EGYPT.
IF YOU WANT TO HELP THIS AMAZING BLESSED LAND THEN BE POSITIVE AND HELP GUIDE EGYPT TO WHERE YOU HOPE SHE WILL BE.

SAD THOUGHTS CREATE SAD SITUATIONS.
HAPPY THOUGHTS CREATE HAPPY SITUATIONS.

Both Happiness and Sadness are Chosen Choices by us all at any time – it’s that Simple.

 

Good Deeds are God Deeds

GOOD thoughts and GOOD deeds are GOD Thoughts and Deeds.
Less than Good thoughts and deeds are not God thoughts and deeds.
If YOU want miracles in life you have to start focusing on the GOOD for all that is GOOD is GOD Connected.
And so it is…..
Its your choice …

Do you want to help or hinder your country?
THOUGHTS ARE THAT POWERFUL.
Every Deed Begins with a THOUGHT!

 

FINAL RESPONSE: Thank you very much, and I wish you every happiness, but we must be influenced by what has ended up in Egypt, and thank God for everything.

I CONCLUDED: What ends up in Egypt will be a result of the predominant attitude of Egyptians. God gives as all free will to either work aligned in His Highest Energy of Goodness or not. Have a wonderful day and think positive happy hopeful thoughts as they really do help.

These are two completely different attitudes toward life. One person is radiating joy to life and one is not, but both were in some way inspirational to me for without both my blog would not be as it is and both attitudes have in some way made me look more deeply into my own life to question whether or not I could be living it in a more positive purposeful way.

Khaled is being the change he wants to see in life.

Oh – and all of you living in or visiting Cairo I urge to you drop in on Khaled and say Hi – You’ll find him on the edge  of Talaat Harb Square in Downtown. Meet a wonderful man who is making a  difference by simply being different by living his life in a positive New Way Powered by Positive New Thoughts. Khaled is Being the change he wants to see in life!

God helps those who help themselves.

Khaled was helping himself and then someone helped him with a gift of stickers to promote his work. Now Khaled will Pay his Gift forward. God works through us as we are the miracles makes. We are all here by God but we are all here by God to serve each other.  And so it is!

In Our Abundant World People are Starving – Why?

People in this world are not starving because of a lack of food or a lack of money.

People are starving because of a lack of LOVE or in other words, because of fear.

More than enough food is available to feed every person on earth and then have some to spare!

However we simply have to look around us to see that food is in abundance on our planet.

One would have to be blind not to see that life does abundantly supply more than enough to feed everyone.

Many people fearfully hoard food and money believing that they themselves may one day be in lack and this belief frightens them above all else!

Money is also clearly abundant as we can see it being spent in countless ways every day.

 

People love to shop - it gives them a high! Some people even become addicted to shopping.

Furthermore, new ultra modern corporate banking, insurance and investment buildings are being constructed every day throughout our planet. These buildings cost millions of dollars to construct and they are constructed on the premise that their building cost will be recouped through money investments alone, so money is definitely not lacking in our world.

Homes are empty because some pockets are too full.money is regularly burned when its considered to be too old!

New apartment buildings cost money to build and it seems money is always available to continually build them; yet so many people throughout our world remain homeless as they don’t have money to buy or even rent an apartment! And ironically many apartments in newly constructed buildings around our planet remain empty because many lack of money in the same way homeless remain homeless because of a lack of money!

How did we as a HUMAN RACE sourced from Love and sustained by Love forget to be Lovingly Humane?

 

YES PEOPLE IN LIFE ARE STARVING FOR LOVE NOT FOOD OR MONEY!

Even well fed, well housed people are staving for love. Material goods and lashings of rich food do not house love, and they never can!

However sharing our worldly possessions and food from the heart with others is love energy in action.
Money is a wonderful powerful creative third dimensional energy tool. Money when used as a tool of love helps create miracles but when it is held onto in greed it creates misery.

Money shared selflessly in love will always be returned ten fold or more in like – this is a God or Universal Law. The unfailing result of this law applies to all who fearlessly apply it with the intention of love fuelled by unwavering faith and trust.

Streets were designed to lead us to new destinations not to be home to some.

 

I have seen street cats turn their backs on food when loving strokes are simultaneously available. Even a cat chooses love to nourish its spirit rather than food to nourish its body. A street cat knows it will always be able to find food if it looks hard enough but it is not so sure when on the streets it will next find love.

Street people also live by the same philosophy.

I frequently encounter this miraculous reaction to love among the so called ‘poor people’ I meet on many of the Cairo streets I walk. It is this wonderful reaction to love and recognition that repeatedly assures me that most of these ‘poor’ people house riches of the spirit that some wealthy people fail to experience throughout their entire life time!

This street cat shows the quality of the food wasted by people.

Those without an abundance of cash but with an over abundance of  love have frequently offered me their food in return for my love which is most definitely not is generally expected by the masses.

Food given in this spirit has a far richer taste and a greater soul nourishing effect than any food served in the finest restaurant on Earth!

*God supplies more than enough for everyone’s Need on earth but not enough for everyone’s Greed*

By the way please remember that no-one should ever be starving for love during any Holy Season – after all love is the reason for the season.

Not one among us should ever be starving for love. Sadly this present day lack of love in the world has stemmed from lack of love for the self. One must first be filled with love before one can live love and give love to life!

EVERYONE LOVES LOVE

Love is all I Am and Love connects me to all that is, and All that is is Love!

When you are in love with someone in reality you fall in love with yourself…

Simply because you suddenly feel completely worthy of love….

It’s loving ourselves that makes us shine; not being loved by, or being in love with another…

This is just how it is…

We can never fully love another until we love ourselves….

We can only give to others that which we have within….

And so it is….

Love is Life

Metaphorically speaking it is impossible to get orange juice from a lemon….

Love heals and repairs the body at a cellular level….

A person who naturally shines is a person filled with love….

These Love Lights are charismatic….

People love being in the energy of love….

Love Attracts – Love has an energetic embrace everyone wants to feel….

LABELS

Of course in life certain things need to be labelled but has labelling gone to far?

The only label we should ever place on another is the connecting label of sister or brother

Labels have become huge part of today’s society.
Labels are unthinkingly hurled about daily.

As We Label Another We Define The Self

Labels are placed on individual people, on groups of people, on schools, on clothing, on forms of transport, on lifestyles and so much more.

Labels were created as manufacturers, and as various life leaders strove to be the best and create products and societies that would be considered the best or at least better than others.

Labels were created as a means of claiming supremacy in seemingly every area of life.
I say ENOUGH!!!

We Are One Connected Human Race

I’m definitely not a lover of labels…

Labels create borders and levels of separation which lead to imagined human separateness….

Labels are detrimental to everyone’s self as they can lessen self worth, self-confidence and self-esteem….

It’s time for all labelling walls of separation to crumble….

It’s time to be aware that we are Equal Valuable Life Serving Creations of God…

THE ONE LABEL WE ALL CAN EQUALLY WEAR IS ‘WE ARE ONE’!

No-One has any more light than any other…..

Some people have had so many shadows cast upon them by others that they fear to trust that they are in fact light….

WE ARE ALL SPARKS of GOD LIGHT….

Some people have had so many shadows cast upon them by others that they fear to trust that they are in fact light….

So often we help others walk further into illusionary shadows of darkness of themselves because of labelled levels of separation and mind made attitudes of supremacy….

It is time for change. It is time to Let Go of Labels and Embrace Oneness and Equality.

It’s Time for an On Earth Love Eruption

IT’S TIME FOR AN ON EARTH LOVE ERUPTION

In Cooperation born of Love we can Heal our World and Save Humanity

Every time I see someone hungry I am so grateful for the food I have
Every time I see a homeless person I am so grateful for the home I have
Every time I see a lonely person I am so grateful that I know I’m not alone
Every time I see a sad face I am so grateful that I have a smile to give
Every time I see images of lack in life I realise that we all have love to give

Love Births Hope

Love can move mountains and Love can calm the roughest seas
Love is the cure for all lack, pain, suffering & present day disease

Every time I remember that the Power of Love resides within each of us I know
That God entrusted us to care for each other with this powerful tool as we live our human on earth show
But somehow some of us have forgotten the power of the Power of Love that we have within
I think this happened the very day we let the fear of lack in our lives begin
This fear is detrimental love deflecting non-serving humanity work
Enabling humans their responsibility toward each other to sadly shirk

 

Love Fulfills Our Every Need

It’s time to remember that we are one in God’s Plan of Creation
And that lack was not a part of His perfectly planned visualization
It’s time once more to appreciate every single thing that life gifts us each and every day
And it’s also time to trust that The Creator will never take the gift of abundance away

So let’s all lend a helping hand and never be afraid to others to give
We may not all have an abundance of money but we all have love to give

Happiness is Love in One of its Many Action

Love is the Only Answer and Love is the One Master Key
That can bring Peace on Earth as it Unites and Saves Humanity
Until humanity actively steps into its pure essence of love, humanity is on a self-designed path of massive self-destruction
And this will not bring joy to earth and nor will it give the Creator any measure of satisfaction
So let me say it one more time very loudly and very clear
That NOW is the time for an ON EARTH LOVE ERUPTION to appear!

PLEASE, Please Your Self!

Pleasing the self can’t help but leading to pleasing everyone else in the life of the self.

Nature Naturally Pleases Itself and is Naturally Pleasing

Make Sure you put yourself as Number ONE in your life.

Yes – I mean it!

Always put – I: Number ONE – Me: Number ONE and Myself: Number ONE

Then the  I, Me, Myself that we each individually are become the ONE complete whole happy contented self that we each inherently be.

And when  the one self as its Balanced Three Perfectly Be it enriches the lives of everyone it encounters and shares its life with!

THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SELF IS THE MOST IMPORTANT RELATIONSHIP IN OUR LIFE

We can only relate to others as we relate to the self.

Let’s explore this –
How we love and care for the self is exactly how we love and care for everyone else.
So Please, Please Yourself so that you can automatically please others and know that as you please others you please yourself even more.

None of us please ourselves all the time – sometimes we forget!
Sometimes we must forget in order to be able to remember just how special we each actually are and that we are in fact worthy of being pleased by ourselves and by others.

GOD only Creates Perfection.
Therefore I, You, We, Me  please God just by simply being.
Now that is something to be pleased about!!!!

It pays to appreciate the self  but that’s a personal choice. Its up to each of us to as to whether or not we please the self.
So to that I say – Please Yourself, as to whether or not you Please Your Self!

When we appreciate who we are and that we are
We shine as brightly as the brightest cosmic star
When we accept that we are a perfect Divine Creation
We pay our Creator Respect and that is cause for celebration
To belittle our worth in any mind imagined unrealistic  way
Is to shadow the Light that we each have to offer life each day
